Multiple Ph.D openings in Dr. Miao Hu's group

Multiple Ph.D positions with full financial support are now available for spring and fall 2018 in Dr. Miao Hu's group, the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, Binghamton University. Successful applicants will enroll as RA with monthly stipend. Applications from self-supporting students or scholars are also welcome.

Possible research directions include software/hardware co-design, Low-power AI implementation, neuromorphic computing, as well as their applications to machine learning, Internet of Things (IoT), and Bio-electronics. Applicants should have a Bachelor or Master (preferred) degree (or expect to receive the degree before enrollment at BU) in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Applied Mathematics or related disciplines. Applicants with strong hands-on experiences in VLSI/Machine learning/Programming are particularly welcome to apply.
